HYDROTERRA has performed detailed river and coastal current studies for outfall and marine structural feature design and evaluation in several New England rivers and harbors including the Connecticut River, Hanover, NH, the Cocheco River, Dover, NH, the Piscataqua River, Portsmouth, NH, and St. Croix River, Robbinson ME.
These surveys involved both real-time transect profiling and long-term stationary bottom current setups. The objectives for these projects were to obtain coastal / river hydraulic impact data for engineering design analysis and coastal computer modeling.
